Youth Minister: Jeremy Boehm grew up in Langley, British Columbia and has seen a few places since then, places like Camrose and Calgary in Alberta where he went to college. He's been in Africa, as well, spending a few months with the Kenya Students' Christian Fellowship as a volunteer student leader and magazine writer/computer tutor. Back on this continent, he toured for a year with Youth Encounter in the American mid-west and north-eastern states. His most recent ministry experience had Jeremy in Idaho serving in a Lutheran congregation as director of youth and families.

Our youth minister is an experienced percussionist and has handled a few guitars over the years. He enjoys the outdoors, has gone canoeing and met some of the challenges involved in coaching a soccer team. He does most of his own car repairs, knows how to handle a paint brush and has been reported to swing a pretty mean hammer.

Jeremy's desire in ministry is to serve Christ by leading youth into a balanced, fruitful Christian walk. We've been impressed by the gifts the Lord has invested in Jeremy's life and are excited by the possibilities for ministry that he brings to St. James and the broader community in and around Truro.
